5 ways to cope with the upcoming holiday season

5 ways to cope with the upcoming holiday season

I love this time of year! Love fills the air and the hearts of man, people are a bit happier, and everything seems possible. But there are other times when everything seems wrong, family are not getting along, there is no more money left to spend, and a load of debt is waiting for us in the new year! As one already ridden with anxiety, I don’t need this type of hype! I offer you tips on how to cope during this time.

All the best

As always, I wish you well
