Sadly, anger is building in the hearts of many people because of politics, conversations about race and culture, and personal challenges faced.

It can be the result of self-esteem, an untreated mental illness, personality disorders, and/or learned behaviors. Regardless of where anger started, it is important to explore how to redirect it and manage it appropriately.
