Thanksgiving Can you believe it is November? Can you believe it’s almost Thanksgiving?

I don’t know about you but I look around and feel like I am in the wrong season.

In this video, I will discuss preparing for encountering unhealthy family members. You will also learn about the 3 most common forms of communication and how to protect yourself from an unhealthy family.

Let’s talk about family and the holidays.

What’s the #1 thing you struggle with around this time? Do you struggle with getting things organized and ready? Or do you struggle with the family interactions and encounters you will have? Both situations are stressful which means you will have to prepared. It’s important to be able to identify when a conversation is disrespectful to your sense of self. You need to know when to be assertive and walk away. So we will discuss this (and more) in this video.
