How To Set REALISTIC Goals & Achieve Them

Hello Friends!
I hope you are doing well.

In this brief video, I will be discussing updates for next week and explain the acronym S.M.A.R.T.

I am not particularly fond of setting goals because I tend to feel pressured and then lose interest. A lot of people go through this about 1-2 months after the first of the year. That’s understandable.

But there is an easier and more realistic way to set goals and track them so you can achieve them. I encourage you to set small goes and take baby-steps instead of making drastic changes. You’ll learn along the way, you’ll have realistic expectations of yourself, and you’re most likely to achieve the goal.
